Fishing
Fishing, with a permit, is permitted in the river l'Anglin and many little lakes in the direct area of your holiday accommodation. Fishing is also permitted in the river Benaize directly located at our farm. Carp fishing is available at the 'Bellebouche' lake, Meziers-en Brenne, which doubles as a recreation area.

Cycling
The quiet country lanes, with hardly any motorised traffic, are ideal for cycling. Due to the undulating landscape we advise a bicycle with many gears. If you prefer cross country cycling, you can start at our doorstep with many different signposted routes into the woods, surrounding Domaine de la Porte.

Swimming/Watersports
Swimming is possible in many lakes, rivers and reservoirs, the so called 'plans d'eau'.
Most of these reservoirs have man-made beaches and play areas for children of different ages. It is also possible to hire Pedelo's or sailing boats and some lakes offer different water sports facilities.

Horseriding
We can arrange a day horse trekking for you, accompanied by an instructor, with one of the many local riding schools.
